Tim Rudnicki is the Executive Director of the Minnesota Bio-Fuels Association.

While growing up in St Bonifacius, MN, Tim developed an early appreciation for the natural environment, renewable energy and the important role farmers play in providing us with food, feed, fiber and renewable ingredients for biofuels.

Tim earned his undergraduate degere at the University of St Thomas and his law degree at William Mitchell College of Law. He is a licensed attorney and a registered lobbyist.

Tim has provided professional services for a variety of clients since 1995 including Fortune 500 companies and non-governmental organizations in the United States and Canada. He has crafted results-oriented advocacy cases to help cients achieve their business, regulatory, substainability and renewable energy objectives.

Currently, Tim represents biofuel producers before state and federal agencies and departments such as the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Minnesota Departments of Agriculture and Commerce, the Environmental Quality Board as well as the US EPA Region V and the United States Department of Agriculture.

In the quest to find new pathways to further reduce greenhouse gas emissions, bolster Minnesota's economy, increase energy security and give consumers more access to renewable biofuels, Tim engages on policy matters with members of Minnesota's Congressional Delegation in Washington D.C., Minnesota Senate and House Lawmakers and the Governor's Office.

When he's not working on biofuel issues, Tim likes to run marathons, kayak and hike with his spouse and three young adult children.
